I'm not going to challenge anyone, but do feel free to do it if you fancy.

01. How has LJ changed your life?

Its showed me that there are lovely people in the world. Talented folks who like the things that I do. And it's showed me that I can write! :D

02. What do you do before bedtime?

I read before going to sleep; drink hot choccie and dip biscuits in it.

03. What are you going to have for dinner tonight?

I had an exciting slice of corned beef pie. And an Actimel drink. Such joy!!

04. What is the ONE place you want to go before you die if you had the money and the time?

Sorry, can't choose one. Machu Picchu, NZ, Egypt, sigh - everywhere!

05. What scares you?

Not much. Too much of my life has been scary. Don't like horror films, but I don't find them scary, only disgusting.

06. What do you do in your free time?

I read, write, watch tv, films, listen to music, I'd like to go travelling, but it's difficult when you can't walk far.

07. If you could speak another language (meaning one you currently don't know), what would it be?

Quechua!! (The Inca tongue) Giggle.

08. What personal belonging do you have with you everywhere you go?

My diabetes monitor, insulin, pills, and my handbag. :D

09. What was your favorite song or musical group when you were young?

The Beatles. Loved em! Anything by them.

10. Are you a risk taker?

Nope. I like security and peace.

11. Is being tagged fun?

I've enjoyed this one. But some of them are too personal for me.

12. Where do you see yourself in ten years?

Ha! Still breathing, God willing. We live in hope.

13. If you could be anyone for one day, who would you be?

I would like to be Elijah - to see, from the inside, exactly what makes him tick. He's such a fascinating complex creature - I'd just love to know.

14. What kind of person do you think the person who tagged you is?

She's a smashing girl. Another Lij lover and a kind, caring person. All hail, Primsie!!

15. Would you rather be single & rich or married but poor?

Single and rich. No contest. I've been poor all my life, and I've been married - I'd like a chance to experience the other side.

16. How many children do you want to have, if any?

I had four. That was enough, ta!

17. Is reality objective or subjective?

Reality, is, to me, completely subjective. I choose my own, thank you very much - and I like it that way.

18. If you fall in love with two people simultaneously, who would you pick?

Not necessarily either of them, thank you!

19. Would you have 100% safe sex with a stranger for $10,000,000?

Nope. Thirty seven years of celibacy means I couldn't be bothered to make the effort, not even for ready money. Besides it's against my principles to indulge in sex outside marriage. Not even for 10 mill.

20. What is your favorite color?

Bluebell.

*digs out Beatles cds* What kind of biscuits and hot chocolate? :) Have you read River God by Wilbur Smith? Amazing book based on actual scrolls found in Egypt. What a story! What a narrator! I think you'd love it. :) xxoo

Agree about wanting to know what makes Elijah tick. Loved the Beatles. I too read a book and drink hot chocolate before the lights go out! Ten years from now to be alive and kicking is all I ask as every day is a bonus and no, I wouldn't have 100% safe sex with a stranger for $10,000,000 either. We have other things in common too but I singles out just these few :D

I like that you said you'd like to *be* Elijah to see how he ticks. When I was a little girl, I used to think that somehow we could be other people! I know, a bit odd. ;-) I was disappointed when I realized we can't be. : D

I'd love going to Machu Picchu, too. I can't tell you how often, when I see something on TV about the Incas, I am fascinated by it, and I mourn their sad end. It's all because of your Inca story. You brought it to life for me.

I can't watch Inca stuff. I'm ok until Pisarro (spits) comes along, with his murdering horde, then I have to stop. I wrote an Inca nation that still exists today, somewhere, in the mountains, hidden from all eyes. I hope they're never found. :D xxx
