Today I cried. I must tell you I never cry. Never. Not even Frodo at the Grey Havens made me cry. But today, I did. lorie945 has gone. Her husband, Rich - a wonderful, caring man - posted to tell us, in the midst of his own grief, that his dear wife's pain was ended.

I never met her in real life, but her struggle with cancer she reported on lj, and always with humour and hope. Those who have met her said she was a special lady, and I have no doubt of it.

I am putting here what I commented on her journal.
