The sense of mounting excitement for Elijah is very engaging. The changes that are occuring in his behavior are thrilling. He's losing the hesitancy and nervousness and gaining real pride in himself and his station. I was delighted at the scene between him and his mother. Looking forward very much to finding out what will happen next.
