This pic has nothing to do with this post - I just like it! DomLijah. Meep.

I have a confession to make. I am a BAD girl. I'd slap my own hand if I thought it would do any good - but it won't. I am unrepentant.

In the UK we have a programme called Countdown in which two contestants vie against each other to see who can make the longest word out of nine letters chosen at random by a woman from two piles of letters, one consonants and one vowels. I thought I'd better explain this, because, like my lovely Stephen Fry, I like this programme, and often join in.

Anyway, cut to a few weeks ago when I was sitting, broken arm in sling, waiting for the nurse who had the keys to the drugs cabinet to come back from lunch. It was a LONG bloody lunch. Two hours I sat there.

I moved my chair so that I could look out of the cubicle and see what was going on. It failed to grab my interest. In the cubicle were two waste bins, one marked "DOMESTIC WASTE" and one, which I have no doubt should have read "CLINICAL WASTE", had been attacked by a Visigoth, and now bore the legend "INICA WAS" on its lid. It was at this juncture, I freely admit, I joined the ranks of the Visigoths, and became a graffitist and a Vandal. *Bows head in shame.*

I immediately saw the possibilities of this bin lid, and did a little re-arranging a la Countdown. The letters peeled off with amazing ease. When the nurse came back with the pills, the lid bore the legend "I WAS INCA."

Yes, I know - I need to go and stand in a corner for half an hour reciting the mantra "I must be a GOOD girl!" - but it WAS fun.

*Head down, blushes - sneaks out sheepishly*
