It was not only the most beautiful first time... it was the intimate contact and words --the sharing the stories of their lives --oh, those ugly thoughts at the beginning that remind us how difficult getting to this point has been!

The sentence at the end reminded me of something that I forgot commenting on the last chapter: how... "easy" -they admit that their fates are sealed: that they have to marry and the kind of woman they should marry. So very like the time you set the story in!!!
